Q. How to purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:

  2. Take a look or search at our product page
  3. Add to cart” to save the product in the shopping cart
  4. Or “Buy Now” to place an order directly
  5. Remember to tap on “Messenger” if you have any question
  6. Otherwise, indicate your preferred quantity
  7. Apply coupon/voucher code if you have any
  8. You are almost there, tap “Check Out
  9. Make sure your shipping address is correct
  10. Select your preferred payment method and tap on “Place Order” to proceed with payment!
  11. You are done! Sit back and wait for your product to arrive

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Tap on "Edit" to change your account information and Shipping address here.

 

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do?

  1. Tap on “Forgot Password” and key in your email address
  2. Tap on "Continue"
  3. A new password will be sent to you. Login your account via the new password and change it from there

 

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send us an email to enquiry@mmarch.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.

 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in RINGGIT.

 

Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes about 2 Days to 7 Days
